New Metals Semester

A new semester has started at Nauset High School with many students changing to their second half-year courses. Among these are a new batch of metals students that are taking Art Metals and Jewelry courses. Along with these students, new independent studies have been added to the mix to begin working on a multitude of projects. The previous independent studies also continue their landsailer project, and a new video of a completed prototype can be found by clicking on the landsailer tab.

The Nauset Metals program is submitting several pictures to the Boston Globe’s scholastic art awards this year. For the first time this competition involves sending pictures of the work, instead of the pieces themselves. Good luck to all the entries.
